Opinion: 10 Rules of happiness

Our chiropractor shared these notes with me. I find it difficult not to find fault when we are making Earth into Venus, or have people murdered by guns daily, a Supreme Court waging legislative battles with its own people, with a war raging in Ukraine, and simply to work and that is my role. Other than those major asides, it’s good advice. I wanted to pass it along to our readers. Even implementing one of the items you agree with should boost your levels of joy.

1. Find no fault in anything (God is in control of everything.).

2. Look for the good in everything. (silver lining)

3. Never criticize or condemn anyone.

4. Speak not of yourself.

5. Have compassion for people.

6. Meditate (relax your mind.)

7. Work – everything you do is for God you just play your role.

8. Enslave no one

9. Eliminate the negative.

10. Don’t lie (white lies are OK 👌)

What are your rules for joy and happiness?

Sincerely yours,
